ELDER ON CALL: Each week an Elder will be available for congregational needs. This week that Elder is Nancy Crutchfield.

Gatherings to study “The Story” beyond Worship:  Sunday Mornings at 9:45 – 2nd Floor Classroom or Fellowship Hall.

CHILI & CHOCOLATE FELLOWSHIP LUNCH:  Join us today following morning worship. Rose McMichael, Phil & Martha Neal are our hosts!

CALLED SESSION MEETING: There will be a called session meeting at 1:30 pm following the fellowship lunch.

WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP will hold its next meeting on Monday, February 12 at 12 noon at Fursty’s Restaurant on Freeway Drive. Stokes Ann Hunt will speak on healthy living. All Presbyterian Women are invited to attend and to bring their friends.

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP will meet Tuesday, February 13 at 6:30 pm. Please let the church office know if you plan to attend.

CAREGIVERS will meet in the session room Monday, February 12 at 10am following the Monday morning bible study.

HABITAT OFFERING will be received February 18.

CONGREGATIONAL HEALTH CARE NEWS: Please check the “Congregational Health Care News”  bulletin board for information on “Simple Tips for Healthy Eyes.” It is located at the back of the sanctuary in the hallway beside the restroom.

Chili and Chocolate Fellowship Lunch

Be sure to pick up a Lenten Devotional – 2 options are available for pick up in the Narthex or the North Parlor. 

Ash Wednesday Imposition of Ashes & Communion:  Wednesday, February 14 @ 7pm

Lenten Book Study:  Thursdays @ 6pm, February 15 – March 22

Join poet Nora Gallagher as she explores “The Sacred Meal” in our study volume from The Ancient Practices Series during this season of communing with Jesus in his journey toward Jerusalem. Nora offers insight on how the church’s meal, and perhaps all meals, can offer us an invitation to the collision of ordinary and divine all around us. The book can be ordered through the Church Office for $8, you can still request a copy today, please see Pastor Christy.
