Join in our adult studies during the 9:45 a.m. Spiritual Formation time:

IN FELLOWSHIP HALLHalf Truths:  God Helps Those Who Help Themselves and Other Things the Bible Doesn’t Say. Stand alone video segments each week explore “Christian cliches” like the one noted in the title and bring us back to consider how the life and ministry of Jesus tells a different story.

THE CHURCH OFFICE will be closed Monday, May 28 in observance of Memorial Day.

FAITHFOOD:  Younger adults and young families of the congregation are invited to gather on Thursday, May 31. We’ll meet at Fursty’s Pizza at 5:30 p.m. Join in!

PENNIES FOR HUNGER will be received June 3.

BOOK STUDY OPPORTUNITY:  Join us for a conversation with John Piper’s book, “Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ”, as it continues on Tuesday, June 12 at 6 p.m. in the Session Room.

THE HISTORY BOOK chronicling First Presbyterian Church of Reidsville’s history from 1975-2015 is available to be picked up and enjoyed. Copies can be found in the North Parlor.  If you are picking up additional copies for non-local family members, please be sure that you are the only family member doing so!  While donations are welcomed, the intent of this text is to share the story of this household of the family of Christ and so it is provided for your enjoyment and interest.

A companion notebook, noting the specific participation of individual members in various milestones during this period, has also been created.  Copies of this companion notebook, intended to remain at the church, can be found in the Narthex, North Parlor, and History Room.

OUR PASTOR NOMINATING COMMITTEE (PNC) is underway. We have received approval of our Ministry Information Form (MIF); the PNC will begin to receive potential candidates in May. Remember your elected PNC in prayer during this important time.
