Repair

Foundation around the front of the sanctuary to prevent water from entering the building
Replacement of 100 year old plaster ceilings in the sanctuary
Repainting exterior and selected interior spaces
Replacement of rotted wood on exterior
New roof, with added insulation, to the Education building
New air conditioning units for the education building
New mini-splits for the Boyd wing
Reclaim

Move the nursery from the education building to the 3rd floor of the Boyd wing
Move the Session and History rooms to the unused space above the offices, while also creating flex space and additional meeting rooms
Utilize storage space below the narthex
Revitalize

Installation of push button operated doors at the office entrance and in a rear sanctuary door to aid in accessibility for people with disabilities
New signs inside and out that are up-to-date and present a cohesive design
New LED sign to share what the church is doing with passers by
Rethink ministry options for the newly vacant second floor of the Education building
